Overall, cats and dogs are good options for people getting their first pets. Both animals can have great personalities, but some of them can still be “mean”. Here are some of the opinions of Cameron and Sam, two Park Forest students. First, Cameron. “I think that dogs are better than cats.” Second, Sam thinks as well that dogs are better than cats.
Cameron’s justification: Dogs are better than cats because I have had a dog my whole life. I believe that dogs are better than cats, because they have a better personality and I think that they are just more cuddly and more cute overall. I also believe that dogs are more intelligent and more fun to play with. With this information in mind, I can gladly say, “Dogs are better than cats”.
Sam’s justification: Dogs are better than cats, because I also have had a dog my whole life and at one point had a cat as well and due to this experience, I can say that dogs are better. First of all, dogs won't scratch up your furniture. Second, they give you more exercise because they need more walking. Lastly, dogs are overall cuter and cuddlier than cats.
