Why You Should Watch Lost by Finn Alves

December 20, 2024

Lost is a survival show following the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 that crashed on a mysterious island with much adventure in store. Very quickly we find out this isn't an ordinary island. As the survivors try or wait for rescue, the mission soon becomes to survive. Here are some reasons to watch it:

  1. Length - The show has 6 seasons, with each episode being 40 minutes long.  There are around  120 episodes, so you won't be ending soon, but instead will have a long series to sit down to and unravel.

  2. Characters - There is a huge selection of characters, and they add and remove them throughout the seasons. Also, many of the characters have mysteriously met each other or been related to each other before they got to the island, yet no one remembers each other.

  3.  Violence - If you don’t like violence or gore, this show is NOT for you! There is a lot of violence, and they do it so well for the show being 20 years old. Almost every episode the show has someone getting shot or getting knocked out.

  4.  The Plot - This show has an amazing storyline; everytime one thing happens, another issue pops up. The survivors are always facing challenges, and it's always filled with adventure and mystery.

Overall this is a great show, and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes adventure or mystery. This show is a great experience to watch with someone or alone. The only drawback  is that there is a lot of blood/gore;  aside from that, this show is 10/10 for me and I hope you watch it.
