We have had loads of good and bad things happen at Park Forest Middle School in the past week.
Jeerz: These mostly involve PSSA’s for 8th graders. For grades 6 and 7, the past week has been pretty normal. The Math and Reading (ELA) PSSA’s have finally come to a close. For 8th graders, they also had to endure Science PSSA’s.
Cheerz: It’s a new week and no mo’ PSSA’s! The word “PSSA” alone has becoming a pain in the back side and now we are finally able to have a normal week. Some good things that happened in the last week include our annual Health Fair, which was highlighted by the handout of mostly unhealthy candies like chocolate. Hey, I’m not complaining - I’m just a bit confused why schools are being hypocrites on Health day.
All and all, this past week has been pretty fun.
