Teacher Spotlight: Mrs. Billett, PFMS Librarian by Rylee Troup and Jennie Varrassa  

Today we interviewed the PFMS librarian, Mrs. Billet. Now some people that have been here longer might know her better, but others barely know her at all, even if they visit the library frequently.  Read on to get to know her better.   


Favorite season: Fall 

Favorite thing to do as a kid: Ride bikes and run wild around the neighborhood. 

Favorite thing to do in free time: Read, travel, and hang with family. 

Favorite color: Blue 

Favorite sport: Football 

Favorite books: Jane Eyre and The Hobbit

Favorite movie:  Rear Window 

Where she went to school: Penn State and Millersville Universities

Favorite foods: Pizza and Chocolate 

Dream vacation: Italy 

Why do you like teaching: “Making Connections with students and talking about books.” 


What did you want to be when you were a kid: A teacher 


Mrs. Billet has no kids, but has lots of nieces and nephews. 


She was born in York, Pennsylvania.

Favorite cafeteria food: “I don’t eat cafeteria food because I always  pack.”
