Ranking Super Bowl Matchups by Ezra Shepski and Jake Kraft

March 24, 2025

This year for the Super Bowl, the Chiefs and Eagles faced each other, and the Eagles came out on top, winning 40-22, but I'm sure many NFL fans wonder what would have happened if there was a different matchup. We will rank the best Super Bowl matchups from all the teams in the 2025 NFL playoffs.

1. Detroit Lions VS. Buffalo Bills

This is the number one matchup because both of these teams have never won a Super Bowl, and it would be cool to see one of these teams win the Super Bowl.

2. Philadelphia Eagles VS. Buffalo Bills

These two teams are both dominant in their divisions, and both have high talent on both sides of the ball. Josh Allen is still looking for his first ring, and Jalen Hurts could try for his second Lombardi trophy.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers VS. Philadelphia Eagles

These two teams are both from Pennsylvania, and they have a rivalry against one another. This would also end the debate about who's better, and there is no better way than to settle it in the Super Bowl.
